1-3 weeks work, or depending on complexity.

Update speed also depends on the client’s response. If the artist cannot reach the client, progress will be delayed.

If the client does not respond within 1 week after two follow-up attempts, the artist has the right to put the work on hold until a response is received.

Ref includes: Character, Poses, Vibe description (ex. sensual, lots of red)

Prepare mood board if necessary

Word base reference can be charge depending on complexity

Sketch – 1 major + 1 minor

Base color – Up to 3 small fixes.

Rendering – 2 small fix.

Extra revisions beyond this will incur additional fees (+1-3$ , depending on complexity).

Final files will be delivered via Email and backed up on Google Drive.

All artworks will be included in the artist’s Portfolio or posted on Social Media with watermark.

Clients will be asked for permission before public posting.

If the client cancels the project: no refunds will be issued.

If the artist cancels the project: a full refund will be provided, and the artwork will not be reused.

When used publicly, the client must credit the artist clearly

50% of the total price must be paid before work begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.

Partial or installment payments are not accepted.
